4. AI Processing of Your Data

How AI Processes Your Data

When you submit a request, your data may be processed by third-party AI systems to produce deliverables. Here is what you need to know:

  • We do not use your data to train AI models. Your data is used solely to fulfill your specific request.
  • We use AI services from providers including Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI. These providers process your data under their enterprise/API terms, which prohibit them from using your data for training.
  • Data sent to AI providers is transmitted securely (encrypted in transit) and is not stored by them beyond the processing window specified in their terms.
  • We apply data minimization — we send only the data necessary to fulfill your request, not your entire account history.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share your data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing (data processor under contract)
  • AI service providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — to process your requests (data processors under contract)
  • Hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) — infrastructure (data processors under contract)
  • Law enforcement — only when legally required

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not provide your data to data brokers.

6. International Data Transfers

We are based in Israel, which has an EU adequacy decision for data protection. Your data may also be processed in the United States by our AI and infrastructure providers. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

7. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation.
  • Request data and deliverables: Retained for 12 months after delivery to support revisions and our lifetime build support guarantee. After 12 months, archived and retained for up to 3 years for legal compliance.
  • Usage data: Retained for 12 months, then aggregated and anonymized.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years). Transaction records are maintained by us and by Stripe as our payment processor.

  • Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Right to correct: Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to opt-out of sale: We do not sell personal information, so this right is automatically satisfied
