Our Philosophy

We want every client to be satisfied. If we haven't delivered value, we don't want your money. That said, our service involves real work and real resources from the moment you subscribe, so our refund policy reflects that balance.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers get a 7-day money-back guarantee on their first paid month.

If you subscribe and are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at contact@handled.team and we will issue a full refund of your first payment. No questions asked.

How Refunds Work

Requesting a Refund

Email contact@handled.team with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Currency

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund are outside our control.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refunds are separate:

  • Cancel anytime: Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period. You keep access until then. No further charges.
  • Refund: A return of money already paid, subject to the eligibility criteria above.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you're unsatisfied with a specific deliverable, please tell us. Revisions are unlimited and free. We'd rather get it right than lose you. A refund is a last resort — we always prefer to fix the work first.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Requests made more than 120 days after the original transaction
